Childbirth Education Courses
Knowledge gives you power over your birth experience.
Would you run a marathon without training? Would you participate in a chess tournament without learning how to play and practicing? Would you cook a gourmet meal without educating yourself on flavor profiles, knowing basic cooking techniques, and following some sort of recipe?
Treat childbirth with that same mindset! Come along with me and learn what is happening in your body as you labor, discover coping mechanisms to manage discomfort, and learn that you may have more birth options than you actually know about.
Partners are encouraged to attend classes as well.
Classes offered year round
Classes are held on Sunday evenings from 6-8pm in the Haygood area of Virginia Beach.
It is recommended to choose a class that will be completed before your 36th week of pregnancy

Class fees are $250 and include a labor handbook and access to resources on my website in the client portal. A $50 deposit is required to hold your space. All fees are due one week before class begins.
